4 people behind the counter - and only one person actually making drinks or completing orders. I watched the one person pick up my cup and put it back down three times while he chatted to his co-worker - then when I asked if I could have my drink made, he gave a lame excuse and immediately went on a break, keep chatting. Luckily a women took over after that and made my drink in 30 seconds.

Great kiosk. The manager is pretty awesome. Sarah always makes my drinks better than any other Starbucks and this is coming from someone who drinks Starbucks all across the country and the world. I’ve seen this Starbucks literally transform and become top notch. I’ll keep coming back

The cashier Shanan please assist her w more training... she said give me a min and walks to the side of the kiosk to talk to her friend then as we order our LATTEs she asks again so you want them hot? Just so I can re-repeat my entire order plus she ignored that I said cake pop. Spending a lot of money here and she acts like a kid working at hot topic
